The fast paced, high energy fifth annual Tahoe Adventure Film Festival is slated for December 15th 2007 at Montbleu Resort and Casino. In addition to selected movie clips, this years' gathering will once again put the fest back in festival, with go-go dancers, giant action photography displays, sports demos,a DJ with break dancers, tons of give aways, and a few surprises. A raffle to win a heli ski trip to Cordova Alaska with Points North Heli Adventures will keep

the energy high during intermission. Proceeds from the raffle will help support the new Tahoe Future Filmmaker Fund. The Tahoe Future Filmmaker Fund was created by the Tahoe Adventure Film Festival to encourage and support high school level adventure filmmakers thru internship possibilities, exposure, and financial funding.

Saturday evening at Mont Bleu the doors open 6:30pm with a giant action sports photo show from the top names in action sports photography from Aurora Photos. The main event starts at 7:30 and features 10 minute clips from the best adventure and action sports films of the year. Most films are from several different sports. The best international adventure sports films, athletes, and filmmakers all together for one night.

Todd Offenbacher, event host, adventurer, and popular TV host for the Resort Sports Network Television says, "Forget sitting around for days in tiny theaters searching for the best movies. This is the best adventure films of the year all together for one big night in the Montbleu show room. This is no stuffy festival."
