GRAND SIERRA RESORT AND CASINO IS SELECTED TO BE THE FIRST HOST OF THE TAHOE ADVENTURE FILM FESTIVAL IN RENO
Reno, Nev. - After five years of great success, the Tahoe Adventure Film Festival is expanding its fast-pace and high-energy to Reno 6:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at Grand Sierra Resort and Casino This exhilarating film festival will showcase the top adventure-sport films from around the world.
The event kicks off with fresh sounds from DJ Red Dawn and hot moves from the Red Hot Go-Go Dancers to pump up the crowd. Next, the festival takes off with an adventure photography show from Aurora Photos. boasting photos from esteemed photographers around the globe in the action and adventure sports world.
Next, the films will commence with the main event from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. hosted by Todd Offenbacher, television host for the Resort Sports Network Television. Adventure junkies will flip over the best of 2007 adventure-sport films from around the world. This year's film selections include sports in skiing, base-jumping, deep water soloing, downhill mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, surfing and a few surprise sports.
To top off a night full of excitement, the Adventure Film Festival will host a thrilling after-party at 10 p.m. ALLCITY Live. All film attendees are invited to party with friends, athletes and the filmmakers to fuel their passion for action.
