The fast paced, high energy fourth annual Tahoe Adventure Film Festival is slated for December 15,16th 2006. In addition to selected movie clips, this years’ gathering aims to put the fest back in festival, with guest speakers, several giant action photography displays, a DJ with break dancers, and a few surprises. Expect entertainment from the most recognizable skier in the world, and Heavenly skiEO, Glen Plake along with internationally acclaimed action photographers Corey Rich, and Jerry Dodrill.

Host venue for both nights is Mont Bleu Hotel & Casino, located in the heart of south shore’s downtown action.

Friday evening at Mont Bleu 7:00pm Opening night-guest speaker, Glen Plake will share his adventures thru a multi media presentation. Adventure photographer Corey Rich will have a collection of adventure sports images from his new book “My favorite place”. Adventure photographer Jerry Dodrill will share his best action and adventure images in the main showroom.

Saturday evening at Mont Bleu 7:00pm the main event features 10 minute clips from the top adventure films of the year. Each film is from a different sport. The best international adventure sports films all together for one night.

Todd Offenbacher, event host, adventurer, and popular TV host for the Resort Sports Network Television says “This is no stuffy film festival. It’s a fun and entertaining weekend with a chance to see what’s happening in action and adventure sports.”
